THE SIGNING CEREMONY
The signing ceremony of the project was held on July 24, 2006 at Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India in the presence of Mr. Prafull C. Patel, Vice-President, The World Bank. The credit agreements were signed by Dr. Michael Carter, Country Director, World Bank Office, New Delhi and Mr. Madhusudan Prasad, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. The Project Agreement was signed by Dr. Michael Carter and Dr. Mruthyunjaya, National Director, NAIP, ICAR-DARE, Govt. of India.
