For successful implementation of the project NAIP and sub-projects approved under all four components timely and regular M&E
mechanism need to be followed at sub-project as well as at PIU level. For this purpose Online Project Monitoring and Tracking System has been designed and developed with the following features

1. This is a web application intended to provide automated solution to users.

2. The system will be Client/Server based in which respondents can fill or simply select the suitable option/s from the list boxes or drop down boxes.

3. Each respondent will have his own user ID and password to login into the system to interact with the system.
The functionalities are as given below: -
1. To store data on server side for all the respondents (Sub projects of component 1 and consortia for components 2, 3 & 4).
2. Online monitoring of Inputs/Outputs and tracking accordingly.
3. Feedback to Consortia on any likely suggestions or unstructured data that would be stored in database on server side will be processed accordingly.
4. To provide space for the feedbacks or any suggestions by Consortia.
5. To facilitate easy and efficient retrieval of data as and when required for study by the senior officials.
6. To generate and print out the various reports for decision-making levels. The online reports will be generated for the concerned senior officers for monitoring & evaluation of performance.
7. Data security is maintained to relatively high level by implementing it at database level, so as to ensure that only authorized personnel can make any changes, add or delete the information. Other users can have access to information on read only basis.
